Turkey

Anatolia entered into a joint venture agreement with Calik Enerji, a highly experienced Turkish company with a proven exploration team, to earn high working interests and jointly operate oil and gas assets in Turkey.

Bismil

The Company has a 25% a working interest in the Bismil project that includes two adjacent licenses totalling 245,699 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Sirt District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The licenses are subject to the Caliktepe discovery in 2010 and contain seven identified conventional prospects. The company has acquired 115 km of 2D and 206sq km of 3D seismic data. The company has an option to earn a 50% working interest in the Silurian Dadas shale, which is the “super source rock” for most of the Middle Eastern oilfields. The company has completed a coring program of the Dadas shale and announced the results on May 3, 2012.

Antep

The company has earned a 50% working interest in the Antep project that includes seven adjacent licenses totalling 845,418 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Gaziantep District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey and offers conventional upside in a very large contiguous land base with year round access. The company completed a 377 km 2D seismic program with seven identified prospects and drilled the first exploratory well into the basin in September 2012.  Anatolia’s technical team is currently analyzing well and core data in an effort to better correlate seismic mapping of potential new horizons on the licences.

Besni

The company will earn a 50% working interest in the Besni project that includes one license totalling 53,906 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Gaziantep District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The license contains four identified conventional prospects. The company recently completed a 96 km 2D seismic program and is planning an exploratory well on the license in the second half of 2013.

The new Sambayat Oilfield Northwest of Besni

Sinan

The company will earn a 50% working interest in the Sinan project that includes one license totalling 17,833 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Sirt District of the southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey and offers both unconventional Dadas shale potential as well as conventional upside. The company is currently reviewing historical seismic on the license.
